The Final Rally...Part Uno

Meanwhile, back at the SLA headquarters, Apocalypse told his men that the broken transmissions that they had been receiving were from the walkie talkies of "The Power Team", who were SLA operatives that hitched a ride to Ford's Theatre via our informative Harry Winter giving them to Stephen Gregory as a gift, and Stephen Gregory unwittingly taking them to Ford's to play with Danielle's Barbies...
The Power Team had since been captured in retaliation to Barbie's abduction. They were captured by the one who calls herself, "Elphaba" from the Broadway Musical, Wicked.

Just when the SLA members were beginning to think all of this was sounding a bit gay,













Apocalypse produced the kidnapped photo obtained through the Barbie TV network, Al-JaBarbie...

He went on to explain that the walkie talkies were left on, and picking up the monitor broadcast of "Meet John Doe", and from what he heard, he was moved to start this revolution, because he felt in a strange way the, He spoke to him.





He explained that he wished that he could hear all of the show, but the transmission went in and out, because you can't get good signal inside Ford's. He found a way to pirate into the Ford's monitor system, and can get shaky images from the show...hence these meetings.

Suddenly it was dark, and time to start the Broadcast...
"Where is Omega Red and his men, and that Blondie vixen?", Apocalypse asked...
but no one answered, as they were transfixed on the start of the broadcast...



They cheered in slow motion, and hefted their signs slowly up and down, to and fro.
They all vowed that they would tell their children that they were here today...though none had working genitalia, just plastic neuter crotches...it didn't matter. He spoke to them.








The glass patio table could barely hold them, they filled the evening air, and they were all plotting bad thoughts of despair...
The picture went in and out, and suddenly jumped to an image that they had not yet seen....
